******DON'T YOU JUST LOVE PURSES ?****

This cute black purse has a unique shape. It's almost oval and I bought it yesterday at an estate sale. Only $2.00
This pretty blue one is what I am using right now. It's my summer purse.

Another unique shape black purse and it's shaped like a tootsie roll. Vintage is so sweet :)

This very darling red leather purse is also an estate sale find. Maybe it's alligator? I know it's old and another unique shape. Of course, I have a few more, these are just my favorite ones. Show me you purse(s)...A GIRL CAN NEVER HAVE TOO MANY PURSES, CAN SHE ?!!
Thanks for stopping by. Always fun reading your comments. Warmly, Deb

Hi,

Love your purses! I really like the pretty blue one you have for summer.

Oh and I just don't believe that is your son. There is NO WAY you look anywhere near old enough to have a son that is 29! But tell whoever that handsome man is Happy Birthday for me.

My garage sale was not that great today. It was hot hot hot and not many people came. I ended up having to pack up most of the stuff and bringing it back to the storage area.

I did make a little over $100 which was nice but no where near what I thought I would make. I think a lot of people were out of town for the 3 day weekend. But thanks for asking.

My sister said I should have blogged about our garage sale. She said I did my 1/2 up like Martha Stewart. I put all the same colors together and tried to make everything nice looking.

She just tossed out boxes and let people dig through the stuff.

Turned out most people liked to dig through the boxes and looked at my stuff but didn't even ask how much things were. She said she thought they may have thought that they cost to much since everything was all pretty like a store. Who knows.

What about you? Do you like to dig for treasures or do you like things out and on display?

I hate digging through boxes. I don't like to spend my time trying to find what is for sale.

I want to know if they have things I am interested in or not.

Hugs,
Joanne

Nice pictures of you and your son Deb. There's just nothing that compares to the joy of having a loving son.

Those purses are so collectible and look sweet displayed. Have a fun weekend!

Your vintage purses are great. It is hard to find the really nice ones that are clean. I found a blue straw purse with chains for handles yesterday in a flea market, carried it around for awhile cause it was so pretty, but then I talked myself out of it before we left. Now I may have to go back and get it! Have a nice day! Twyla

I was lucky enough to get some of my mothers vintage purses. I have a brown one that's croc and square. I love taking them out from time to time and just look at them.

How nice to have your son with you to celebrate his birthday. I only have one child, a girl. And, the first grandchild is a girl. Hmmm, methinks those kids need to get started on a boy!

Nice to "see" you again - I like your blue purse a lot! I'm terrible about purses anymore, wearing one til it's almost beyond use! Just got a new denim one and THIS time, I got one big enough for the reality of how much I carry around! There's actually spare room in there!

Happy Sunday!

You found some great vintage bags! I think the red one looks like snakeskin - I sold one of similar style on Ebay a while back, and was pleasantly surprised at how high it went!

I am a Purse girl toooooo....I am getting pickier..and refuse to buy the high priced ones just on general principals (for me at least)....it's a purse, it's job is to carry things...doesn't need to cost big bucks to me...just be cute !!
