CRAFTING AND CREATING DAY

Has anyone ever seen this before?? I bought it at an estate sale awhile ago. It's milk glass egg with a bunny breaking through it. The egg is like a candy dish. I've tired to look it up and can't find out anything about it. I believe it is OLD. It's staying with me..I'm looking for any info. The cards below are from the card swap I went to on Thursday evening. It's a good assortment and the "ladies" are talented. It's fun to see new ideas and for you that make cards...maybe you will see an new idea for your cards. Enjoy!!!
Thursday afternoon, before the swap, I was in a crafting MOOD...so I gathered some stuff and

these darling baby shoes......

and made these......I altered bottles and baby shoes. It was so much fun and good for my mind and hands. Kepted me at home and not shopping!!! Trying to use what I have is a good thing!!

Just ask my Husband :)

Kailee and I made this Valentine paper chain on Wednesday. I saw the idea from a blogger and I am sorry, I forgot where I found the idea. So, I can't take any credit for this project that Kailee and I both enjoyed.
No estate sales today. I had my First cleaning job this morning!!!! It's WORK...and the client will be happy to give me referrals and she will put up some poster that I make in her complex. It's a good beginning and a little answer to prayer.
It's a low key weekend and that fine with me after the excitement of yesterday. FIL is still in the hospital and now they are talking about putting a pace-maker in. Husband and I are wondering if these doctors KNOW what they are doing. We thought the "surgery" could kill him and now they are thinking about a pace-maker....so if you have a little time...those doctors need prayers of Wisdom!!! It's a teaching hospital and FIL sees many different drs...
Off to see what is going on with You...Happy Sunday.
Warmly,
Deb :)

Hi Deb... Your ceramic egg dish with the escaping bunny has me perplexed... I believe I've seen it before, well, an image of it... and I searched my Easter/Spring art, but did not find it... How unique of a piece it is!! Also, you got some very nice cards in the swap... but none as pretty as the ones you create!

You did a great job with your altered bottles and baby shoes... I really loved the shoe with the teeny~tiny Pink girl in it... soooo sweet-looking ♥ ...You're truly a talented artist!

Kailee is so happy in the photo with her new ♥ garland... what a Fun project that must have been for both of you. She is such a Cutie~Pie! I'm still praying for your FIL and the rest of your family... and will pray for the Doctors, too... May God guide them all and impart much wisdom and knowledge upon them... I do hope everything turns out well...

Enjoy your Sunday and come visit when you get a chance, please... I just put up a Big post with more Vintage Valentine's... Take care...
God bless...

~hugs, love ♥ 'n prayers~

Kailee is getting big! What a cute little gal she is! Your shoes and bottles look wonderful! I've been doing bottles, too. Between those and the tags and the sewing, etc., my studio looks like it threw up on itself.
Hugs,
Sher

Sorry, I don't think I've ever seen one of those eggs. Have you tried looking them up on ebay. That's a good way to learn about items sometimes. Your cards are great. It doesn't make since what the Dr.'s want to do to your FIL. I pray they make the right decisions! Twyla

Dear Deb,
I just saw the bright and beautiful comments you made on my post. You darling...thank you. OOOO
and I adore the bunny in the egg but I never saw one. I have glass eggs that are always popular at Easter and are old and handpainted.

Loving the baby shoes. So cute and they look fun to make. I hope all is well with your FIL. Sending up prayers for him. Are you getting crazy for garage sale season to start, I am. I am sooo ready. I am hoping to find cool stuff for my booth. I need more items in there. I paid my rent this past month and many a tiny bit, I don't have any good stuff in there yet, just kinda yardsale junkie stuff I was cleaning out. I was surprized to even sell any of it. I hope to make alittle money doing it, but I keep to much in my search for the gold. I wish you were close by, we sure would have some fun together

Wow you've been busy Deb! Love all the craftiness :0). The Valentine's chain is very sweet. I hope your FIL recieves the care he needs. Pace makers are wonderful in my opinion. My father was ill for so long, and after 1 1/2 years of barely being able to breathe, inactivity, among other ailments, the docs decided on a pace maker. I cannot even begin to tell you what a huge difference it has made. My dad is out and about, is active again and seems to enjoying a 2nd life. Hugs to you as I know it's so stressful and prayers for the docs.
