Looking Like Christmas

Here is what you see when you walk into the house. Doesn't the vintage pitcher look nice with a little Christmas decor?! The needlepoint Santa is a gift from my BFF, Carol who made it for me a few years ago. :) She also made me a small pillow and a picture of Santa. All needlepoint, made with love.
A few vintage Santa treasures on top of the china cabinet and priceless photos of visits with Santa!

Sweet gifts from Marydon's giveaway that I won. I won 2 of hers... Thank You Marydon!

A little before and after project that is out of order....I used vintage reflectors and silver balls to make a new decoration. I saw this in blogland and totally forgot who's idea it is. You can call me a copy-cat!!!

I did put the Christmas tree up and will show you that and the mantle decor later this week.
I didn't put up many decorations. How's your decorating coming along?
Thanks for visiting me. Love your comments.
Deb :)

It's definitely starting to look like Christmas Deb! I love that big Santa boot with the greenery in it, and those plastic Santas too. Those are on my list of must-haves. My list is getting longer every day!

I'm looking forward to seeing your tree and mantle, Deb. I want to put my little (fake) tree up this year, but I worry about what the cats will do to it while I'm at work.

The needlepoint Santa is sweet. I just love handmade gifts from friends.

love the santa collection!!!
my hip is an old injury from when my youngest was born...she was an almost 10 pound monster at birth, and when she was 6 months old, I crossed my legs and gave her the "horsey ride" that popped my right hip out...and it has never been the same since. In and out often and always sore! I am fine, almost ready to post my big reveal of a huge project that has taken up all of my blogging time! Then...on to the Christmas decorating that I am officially a month behind!

Deb, All your decorations are so pretty! I love the needlepoint beauties. I bought some recently at an estate sale. That takes a lot of time. I have been steady at it, decorating some each day and really ready for it to be done. Have a blessed day and thanks for always paying me a visit:)

Hi Sweet Deb -
How I have missed visiting with you! Your Christmas decorations look beautiful. I love your project redo, where did you get the vintage reflectors? The new ornaments really look great. I haven't even started putting up decorations at home yet. But, I am going to start this weekend, I have been gathering a few new ones and can't wait to get everything "Christmasy" looking :)

Have a great week,

Love seeing your Holiday decorations and look forward to seeing lots more. I love the way that you display children with Santa! So cute and fun to see from year to year!

I made some "rustic" nature themed ornaments today. So much fun. I will do a post on them early next week.

Have a festive and happy day!
