Valentine Crafts

I used some old buttons, vintage pin, old valentine and some vintage wallpaper and had fun making this heart pretty box.
Just playing away...I mean crafting away. It's so much fun and relaxing.

Tags and a wooden block, painted and dressed up...

This is what I have been working on. I used a couple small valentine candy boxes, saved from last year and just "did them up"....
I talked to Pearl from Pearl's Sentimental Journey and she is still "under the weather". She has pain in her hands and isn't able to post. Please continue to pray for her and her health. Thanks!!
Let me see what you have been working on or the good deals you have found thrifting!!!
I'm getting stuff ready for the sale that is next week. So....off I go, pricing and trying to visit you.
Warmly,
Deb :)

Sweet, sweet valentine crafts. Don't you just love Valentine's Day. It is a special day. It always takes me back to my grammer school days! I loved our classroom Valentine Party. The cupcakes were so good and sugary.

Have a sweet evening.

Everything you made is so pretty, Deb! I especially love that last candy box. I've only made one tag so far, but I'm quickly learning that when making them, if you think you've gone too far, go a little further!

You are so talented Deb...and I'll say that until I'm blue in the face! I, on the other hand, not so crafty!

I went out thrifting this afternoon and hit the motherload! I found so much good stuff. I'll try and show some of it this week.

Hi Sis ~ oooooo, I love all your creations. I wish I could muster up some energy to venture out onto the porch to get all my Valentine crafts. It's so cold out there...I've been putting it off. We're supposed to have a heat wave this weekend...it's supposed to be in the 40's..yipee!

These Valentines Hearts are adorable...what a great idea to recycle the little heart boxes! I will have to save mine this time. Yours are so pretty, and so are those tags and little pink block that you dolled up. Looks like you've been having so much fun girl!

Your handed down quilts are priceless...they are so beautiful...and sentimental too. Your quilt post reminds me of my grandma and great grandma, they both made quilts and grandma T, could point to what each quilt square once was, like a dress, blouse or pants. I used to love for her to point at the material and tell me the stories.
Hope you have a great night...and a great week too my sweet friend. It was so fun seeing what you've been up to.
Big Hugs,
Queenie
