Promised Treasure Pic & Whimsy Jar Swap 2

Flowers from the Farmer's market...just lovely :)
These are my "treasures" from working at the estate sale a couple of weeks ago :) Of course I just had to have the picture with the Jack Russell in it.

So pretty and it's framed in a tray...not sure if I really like's good for now and makes it a little more "unique".

and....the hat box with my "name" on it had to come home with me. Handmade Christmas felt Christmas stockings are always a big hit! Love the reindeer one :)

My 2nd partner from the Whimsy Jar Swap is Melinda at and this is the pretty Blue jar with all theses goodies!

She even sent me tiny little frogs, puppy stickers that look like Jack Russell's, buttons, mini perfume bottle and more! Thank you, Melinda!!!

My first swap partner now has a blog if you want to visit her. I'm sure she would love to meet some new friends.
The sale at HQ went well, I think :) The pay check tells the real story. Hubby and I went to some estate sales and of course found stuff...and I'm feeling that I have enough stuff for now. The family room is a mess. I think I need a break from "stuff"...
We had BAD storms last night...pretty nice today. Sweet Pea is doing great and keeps a smile on our faces. She has taken to playing more with Jackson Brown.

I can't remember the last time it rained here. Pretty good chance tonight though!
Of course you had to have that hat box Deb! And lots of cute stuff in that whimsy jar too.
I know what you mean about too much stuff. I need to get my butt in gear and put some things on Ebay!
Hope you're enjoying your summer!

Hi Deb,
First I want to thank you for the beautiful blotters. They were waiting for me when I got home from my trip. I gave my SIL the one with the little girl and the Scotties and she loved it. Thanks too for the little addition of the playing cards, that was very sweet of you!!
Looks like you found some wonderful stuff. I love the old felt stockings. I have the felt stocking my mother made for me as a baby. I hang it every Christmas!
Have a wonderful week.

The flowers are gorgeous!!

I love the vintage photos, and I think having one framed in a tray is a very unique idea.

The thing that keeps me from acquiring more stuff is the fact that we want to move back to the South this year...and my husband has already warned me that, to cut expenses, we're going to be leaving alot of things behind. So, buying any vintage furnitue is a definite no-no for me right now. Linens, teacups, and other small items, though, are easy to pack, so I can bring them; thus, those are the kinds of "stuff" I can get right now.

Have a wonderful day,

I always like to buy flowers from the farmers, they are lovely. The jar was interesting, once I found a jar full of old buttons, I have it around some where. Glad your sale went well. Thank you for coming by, have a nice week.

Those flowers look like a painting. I am interested in doing a water color of it but can't seem to download that photo you took. Is there anyway I can get that photo from you?

Your flowers are gorgeous. I am loving the farmer's market this year more than I ever have before. Everything tastes so much better from there rather than the grocery store.

Haven't started my purse and shoes ATCs yet ... still kicking around some ideas. Hugs and kisses to little Sweet Pea!

That tray picture find is beautiful...that is so unique. Loved seeing your other finds too...what fun whimsy jars too :)

That Sweet Pea is sooo very cute...I just want to hug that puppy! I can imagine she is keeping you busy too :)

Your room/booth looks so very pretty Deb....gosh, you did such a great job arranging it all. I know you had fun with it. I think you are going to do so well with sells. It is wonderful the way you are able to change things out frequently...I bet your customers can't wait to see your booth each time...makes it fun!
Hope you have a great week my sweetie...
Big Hugs,
