Christmas at How Quaint

These are all photo's of my new room/space at HQ and I'm all ready for Christmas...

I should have taken photo's of the other rooms...they are all so nice and each of us has our "OWN Taste" which makes shopping here so great! Lots of variety... something for everyone :)

I HAD to purchase 2 place settings of these dishes. One of the gals at HQ is selling them! Aren't they awesome! They are called Narumi China and dated 1958. They just Called out to me to buy them. There are more pieces...I'll see what's left when I work on Friday!
The plans for Thanksgiving are: Mom's and bringing the stuffing and hubby's made from scratch potato buns. Eating about 2...I'm going to buy a turkey for us and have it another time. It's such a good deal when the prices are so good.
Tomorrow is Granddaughter's winter program. Friday my shift at HQ and maybe a sale on Saturday...What can I say?! I'm a estate sale junkie :) Have a FUN weekend...
Warmly,
deb :)

Oh Deb...if I could come I know just what I would buy! The little green stool and the red checked tin with the red lid. The stool is too bulky to ship but could you tell me the price of the tin? It is so cute! You have so many interesting things...I would look through your books and magazines, too. Love the vintage stuff. Your dishes are divine! A winter look that doesn't have to be put away after Christmas. I hope your sale goes well!

Deb, it all looks perfect! What a relief I am sure to get it all set up. I am not having thanksgiving this year either, going to friends, but I make a turkey anyway so I can have left overs.

I hope to get some of my porch decorations done this weekend. Lady J is her naughty self already, she was a sweet girl for a few days! LOL Looks like Christmas with all that snow you got.

Those dishes are awesome. My mother has some that are similar (not as great a color) put away somewhere - I have to tell her to break them out!
