MaryElla has Stage 4 cancer. It is in her liver, left lung, lady organs and pancreas. Her Dr. said 2-3 months. Maybe 2 more months with chemo treatments....she has decided to "try" chemo and Monday she will have her first treatment. Her daughter will come home in August and be there for the month. I will go see her around August 8th...she is taking pain pills.
Your prayers are appreciated and I feel that her hubby, kids and Grandkids could use some prayer too.

Awwww...so sorry to see this about your friend Deb! Big hugs and lots of prayers going out for you and your friend and her family!!! We were there just last February with my Aunt.
This makes me so sad. Sending prayers up for her and her family. Reaching out and giving you a big hug too because I can imagine how heavy your heart is right now. If you need to vent or anything, I am here for you anytime.

So sorry to hear about your sweet BFF!! I will add her, her family, and you to my prayer list. Hang in there. It is tough. We lost my hubby's anut and uncle within 3 years of each other from the same form of pancreatic cancer. They are testing blood work from their children as it was rare for spouses to die from the same strain of cancer. I hate that word.

My heart just sank when I read this note....this is what my dearest friend Scott had, he was told possibly a year.....he lived 6 weeks.....PLEASE be with her as much as you can, let her know how much she means to you.... enjoy each other to the max!!!! I have mixed emotions about the chemo, but will keep them to myself....please tell her to take the pain meds!!!!! Scott took way too long to get comfortable.....I am so sorry.....I wish I was there to give you a hug. Love, Sandy
Deb, I lost my BFF 8 years ago when she lost her battle with cancer. I still miss her so much. The one thing I would say is tell her you love her. You can't say that to those we love often enough. Praying she will have peace and her family will be strong.
