Treasures & Before/After Tray

It was a great weekend for estate sales!!! 13 on one day! We didn't go to 13...just a couple of Friday and Saturday and these are "some" of our finds!

I want to give MaryElla a bed tray when I visit her. Found the one above and knew it would work. Below is the after, made just for her.

My visit is postponed again! It's now the 20th...she is getting weaker. I'm praying that she hangs in there!

The end of the month is busy with birthdays! We hope to go to the State Fair too! Maybe we'll bring Grandgirl this year.

Hard to believe that August is almost half over. Had the best month, Ever, at Auntie M's for July sales! Hooray!!!

Okay, not much going on and I'm always thinking about ME...

Warmly,

deb

Oh Wow Deb! Your transformation of that tray is AWESOME! I never would have thought it was the same thing... great vision and talent to make it so adorable.

So sorry I didn't make arrangements to visit while we were down there. Maybe one day we can meet IRL!

Oh, I am so sorry that you haven't been able to visit your friend. I hope she will get a little stronger each day. I will continue to pray for ME, her family, and you.

Congratulations on the awesome sales in July!!! I know I would love to visit you booths.

If the sock monkey is for resale at one of your booths will you please contact me and let me know how much he is and if you could ship him to me? I adore sock monkeys since I was a small child. My step-father's grandmother made them. I begged for one each year at my birthday or Christmas but I never received one. She gifted them to all of the other cousins. It hurt and that was when I promised if and when I had children and grand children, I would not favor one more than the others.

The bed tray for ME is just beautiful. What a sweet and thoughtful gift.
Have a wonderful week!
Hugs,
Lynn

Deb,
I am so sad by the news of your BFF MaryElla...I have been blessed in the fact of knowing her and having some fun chats and visits at my shop FourSistersInACottage a few years back. She is an accomplished seamstress and has some pretty amazing knowledge of the old things we love.
When you visit her, PLEASE do not hesitate to call me if you need anything, just want to talk or need a shoulder to cry on.
Hugs to you my friend....Please tell her hello from the Mom to the Four Sisters....and tell her whenever I see a chaddy...I think of how excited she was with the one she bought from my shop.
Hugs and Love, Amy (Mom to the Four Sisters)
