My Silly Sweater Pumpkins

At the local grocery store is this HUGE Pumpkin made from pop cases! They did a ghost too!

I've seen so MANY darling sweater pumpkins and thought...DO IT! So, I "did it". Not quite as cute as the ones I've seen!

But, I made them and they are good for this year! Maybe I'll tweak them next year!

Yesterday, Tammy and I met Sandy, from 521 Lake Street and her cousin, Linda. FUN day and I'll post about it later this weekend.
Have a Happy Weekend!
Warmly,
deb

Deb, those pumpkins are adorable! I would have thought they came from an expensive boutique. Isn't it fun when an idea in your head becomes a reality? Hope you and Tammy had as much fun as I suspect you did...and Sandy! =D

I haven't tried making any but want to, maybe this weekend.

Those pumpkins sweaters are darling and they will last all the way through Thanksgiving. I can't wait to see pics of your blogging adventures from yesterday.

I love those! I wanted to try some, but didn't get that far this year.

I'm so jealous that Sandy got to meet you and Tammy, I so wish I was there.

Your pumpkins are adorable and I really like the thick stems. We're hardly cold enough out here to have sweaters, so I don't have any to turn into pumpkins.

Hugs,
Meri

Hi Deb,
I think your pumpkins are adorable. I made some this year too. Bruce loved fall and he had a favorite burnt orange fleece that I decided to make into pumpkins. It was a great way to keep one of his favorite clothing items and use it to make something that represented his favorite season.
Thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving your nice comment. Have a wonderful weekend.

Oh, I love them! They are great! I need to find some old sweaters. I guess another good reason to go to the goodwill! I love the designs the stores make out of the soda boxes, aren't they fun?

Those pumpkins are darling! I haven't seen any of those before. I think you should make more and sell them :-)

They are so cute and I have seen them selling for like $25.00 in stores. I have seen them made with fabric covering also. Seems ashame to hide the lovely pumpkin color of fall though.

First of all, sorry I haven't been here more lately cuz I'm missing fun stuff! The punkins are cute, I love the colors you found! They look great with the twine to shape them, maybe more stuffing would make you happier, for me I'd say cute enough! Love them!
