Jackson Brown and Sweet Pea don't like to wear their sweaters, at first! They just stand still for awhile and then walk sideways like a sand crab! It's too funny!
We had a very nice Christmas! Hubby gave me a gift card to a local day SPA! Looking forward to that! I hope you all have a very nice Christmas!
Took down all the Christmas decor and tree today. I'm going to paint the living room this weekend! I have two colors that I'm deciding on. I'm feeling the need to CLUTTER FREE the house! (This could pass) LOL!!!
Remember my word for this year: "CHANGE"....well I was talking to hubby about it and he said:
" I don't see a change as you are still "crabby" ... LOL...guess I picked the wrong word. I've been thinking about my new word for 2013....hmm, maybe it should be "crabby"!
No plans for New Years Eve. The next day I'll be changing out the booth at Auntie M's and putting up some Valentines!
It's snowing ever so lightly tonight and it's very pretty outside!
Warmly,
deb

Deb I am still having 'Christmas' here. One more celebration with my best friends and then it will be time to put Christmas to bed. I am ready to think about 2013, my word for it won't be crabby (LOL) but it very well could have been this year's word. Such a stressful one. Still I see much promise for 2013. I'm in the mood to de-clutter also....wonder if it will pass also? Enjoy your weekend. Hugs, Linda
You are way ahead of me- I plan on paring down and decluttering this year, too. Love the crab stepping dogs! xo Diana
I'm laughing about the dog sweaters, because I got a new one for our little Chihuahua this year and when I put it on her, she acted like she was paralyzed. LOL My word for the new year is "save"....as in save money. My goals are financial this year, as well as getting this house done!
You had me laughing out loud on this post. You doggies are so darn cute!
Maureen
Love Sweet Pea and Jackson Brown's sweaters!!! Love the vision of the crab walking dogs!!!
Happy New Year!!!!
Suzann ~xoxo~
So funny, I can see the dogs walking sideways LOL! you are not CRABBY! Look at you, you have your blog header changed, already thing about Valentines, and have your Christmas decor down!! Wow! you are going to need that spa day!
Happy New Year!
Carol
Oh, I am in no rush to take my Christmas things down, but if you are going to paint, I can understand. Love change...better than crabby!
wow.. youre on the ball.. Im not taking christmas down until the mood all of a sudden hits me and it will with in the next two weeks I'm sure! I hate the thought of trying to pack it all up, and trying to remember what my house looked like before hand! some day I will have to cut back on my decorating, as I dont think I can keep up to this level for ever!
happy New year!
xoxo

My pooches love their sweaters...maybe it's because they wear them when they go on their walks! I will take down Christmas this weekend.... Have fun painting!
Chris
I have been slowly putting things up the last two days. It's always much more fun putting them out than putting them away!
My word for 2013 is going to be Compassion. I think the world needs a lot more compassion!
Blessings
Linda
Hi Deb! Your dogs are so cute in their sweaters. My dogs are wearing sweaters now, but they don't mind. In fact, they act like they like it! Christmas down already?! Wow! I'm jealous. We are having a 'Christmas' tonight and haven't had Christmas with my parents yet! We got behind with Lindsey having the flu. Yes, I'm feeling the need to declutter myself. Good luck to us! We have some freezing drizzle this morning. Have a nice day! Twyla
Gasp! You took your Christmas down already? You know it's bad luck to take it down before New Years, right? LOL! At least that's what I tell hubby, so New Year's Day he starts asking "So babe when we taking the Christmas down?" His word for the year is...downsize......I don't think I know the meaning of that word! Have fun painting, pick the color that makes you smile!
The idea of decluttering is much needed but almost nearly impossible with so many new TOYS at our house. Your dogs look adorable in their sweater. Wishing you a blessed New Years! Can't wait to see your new paint!
You are too sweet to be CRABBY:) Can't wait to see what the new year holds for all of us! Have a blessed weekend dear friend, HUGS!
Can't imagine you being crabby. Love the dog story...too funny. Enjoy painting, a new color always invigorates me. My plan for next year is to DE Clutter!!
I laughed about the dog sweaters.Too funny. Good luck with your painting honey. I am thinking of deluttering this coming year. I have to get busy.xoxo,Susie
I love the pooches in their sweaters! I had Bear and Hunter all decked out for Christmas too!! Isn't that fun? I still have my Christmas decorations up. I will probably take it down right after New Years, but before the kids go back to school so they can help me out!! I would love to paint, great idea!!
Crabby? I don't think so.
Blessings,
Susie
The doggies look puzzled ...
Merry belated Christmas and have a Happy New year! Lucky to get such a wonderful gift to the spa..
That photo of the doggies in their sweaters is just darling our dog Charlie hates wearing sweaters, but to be honest it's been a while since I have tried it again maybe I will have to give it another try. I did take down the PINK tree in my Studio, but need to work on the living room... good luck painting!
Another gal after my own heart. I love garage sales, thrift stores, clearance and liquidation stores too! Have you read the Flea Market Style magazine? I just discovered it! What's the fun in decluttering, although as you are going through your closets, you might have Christmas all over again and discover treasures you forgot you had! Remember Maxine! She's one "crabby" lady! Have a happy New Year! :)
Glad you had a nice Christmas. The dofs are too cute.I took down the stuff already too. The day after Christmas, I'm ready to declutter. Hope the painting goes well. Happy New Year to you!
I'm always in a decluttering, fresh start kind of mood after Christmas, too, Deb! Wishing you a wonderful 2013!
You are so cute, Deb. Love the words ~ changing. Crabby was definitely part of my life this year. I am anxious to see what colors you use to change your rooms. Bet the pooches are cute to watch walking sideways. Have missed so many, particularly you ... TY for being with me on our journey.
Happy New Year ~
TTFN ~
Hugs,
Marydon
a late Merry Christmas dear heart. not to sure 2013 will be for many, but hope yours will be a Happy New Year.
My word will be "content" as that is about all i can think about being in 2013. thank God I am retired.
Wishing you a Happy New Year Deb. Elizabeth
Hey there! Lots of news here in the southland. Finally found a full time job, went thru little health crisis in Dec., hope to find a craft day with you in January!
Happy new year, Crabby! I like the new look of your blog header. Your pups look cute in their sweaters.
I love those sweaters, my dog Honey growls when we put hers on, she hates the ripping sounds the Velcro makes, we crack up every time we put it on when we go for our walk in the morning! Thank you for all your notes of encouragement, and prayers this year Deb, I truly feel blessed by you!
Your pups are adorable! I have three pups and now one kitty. :)
