New Arbor by my Son

I had a garage sale today and while I was having it, my son made an arbor for me! It's for my birthday and Mom's day! It's super strong and you could hang from it! I'll be painting it white after he sands it and tweaks it a bit! See the side, that is where I can hang a plant or wind chimes! COOL!

How's my grey hair looking??? I'm thinking about coloring it again! Such drama!!! Hubby took the photo and he never says, "ready" or "Smile"...he just takes it! UHG! I had it take one the long way and blogger won't let me upload it right side up! UHG!

Have a lovely weekend! I'm going to have my garage sale this Saturday from 9-12 if anyone wants to come. Email me! Still have LOTS of Treasures for sale!!!

Warmly,
deb

The arbor is beautiful! What a special gift from your son! I had forgot that you were going to try and grow your hair out. I say KEEP GOING! I'm sure it's easier said than done. But I've always thought that it's such a pretty look on women, and just imagine how nice it will be to be out of the endless cycle of having to color it! My roots are terrible right now.
Sorry I've been MIA...it's been a bad couple weeks with my RA. Yuck!
But sure hope your garage sale is a success!

wow! Your son did an amazing job! It took George all summer but he finally finished the pergola out by the deck. Don't you just love garden structures? I think your hair looks cute, but I should talk...I had to get it recolored before the class reunion last Saturday...lol! Good luck on your sale. =D

Wonderful arbor. How sweet of your son to make that for you. Will you plant a vine to climb it? Keep the grey! I think we have earned it and I, personally, love grey hair. Good luck with the g sale.

Sweet! I'm going to tell my boys about this! ;)

You're so brave to even try going grey! I think it's so much harder for us brunettes! It's just such a drastic change. I keep trying to go lighter with my hair color so it won't be such a drastic change when I do go grey but when the color turns out darker, my hubs ALWAYS mentions how good it looks. I guess he likes to remember the young me. :)
