Little Decorating Changes

I've changed up the corner's in the living room...bought this awesome pink window/door on Thursday while shopping with Linda and Robin, fellow bloggers. The window/door will probably have a new location at some point. For now, it's here! It has the old wavy glass!

I don't have a "foyer" in my home.  Bought this little table a couple weeks ago. Traded it out for a blue table that didn't have a drawer. These are real bird nests that I have found on the ground and put in the freezer for a year to be sure that any mites that were on them have been killed. I sure don't need any mites in the house or on the dogs or myself! The old bottles on the bottom shelf are from my son. He sometimes finds cool old stuff when he is remolding homes! Can't remember here I found the heart rock.

My good old suite case corner with my old church sign makes my smile! The old clocks are set at the time my kids were born. Copied that idea a few years ago!

We didn't go to any estate sales this morning. Nothing "looked" that good! LOL!!  Yesterday I bought paint for the living room, hallway and bedroom. Not sure when I'll start painting. I had to buy it as it was on sale!

I'm thinking Spring...just wish the weather was! This is the last week of February...

HAPPY WEEKEND!
warmly,
deb

Love, Love, the window. Each corner is so sweet. Great idea with the time on the clocks. I'm ready for spring. We have had unusually warm, clear weather here and I fear that winter will come soon and spoil everything. Flowers are even blooming.

I like the corners. The suitcases and windows are perfect. Love that the clocks are set for your children. Just had to buy the paint, right. I need to paint before we list again. How's the market doing where you are. I know we need to relist soon but the snow . Is making me stall.

Love that pink door and the church sign is fabulous! That clock idea is very clever. I always enjoy a peek into your lovely home. I found 2 estate sales this weekend and walked out with zero treasures! I'm thinking spring crafting might help with all this cold and snow. Hugs!

Oh boy - I remember the Sunday School Hymn chart just like yours! I loved that thing! I couldn't wait to see what songs we would sing and look them up ahead of time. I didn't start going to church till I was 10, but I sure did love it - and I learned every hymn I know in that Sunday School. We hardly sing them anymore! I just love all the setups you did! Sweet!

I love that pink window and the old church sign! I have sat in churches all my life looking at signs like that. I would snatch one up in an instant if I came across one. Our garage sales don't really start up until May, but I can't wait to start digging:>)
