Recent Finds & Happy 4th !!!

My recent finds were Christmas ones along with the sweet rose light fixture which I plan on hanging somewhere in my home. Do you think I should paint the roses...would white be okay. I do like the red, but think another color would be better in my home.

Deers were everywhere! LOL!!! Cute Santa too!

I don't have many things to decorate for the 4th with and made this wreath when the girls were here to craft. This will work.I could also get out my red vintage truck...hmm...maybe I'll dig around and see what I find! LOL!

Looks like I'm going to stock car races on the 4th with my daughter, SIL & grand girl. So far, hubby doesn't want to go along...

HAPPY 4th Of JULY!!!
warmly,
deb

Fun - and yes, if it were me, I'd paint the whole light fixture white and then maybe just pale green leaves and pale pink flowers ?

Stock car racing and the hubby doesn't want to go? Hmmm ... It is rather amazing that when we begin to look around for a particular 'type' of item in our homes, how much we can come up with that we can use in our decor! I'm sure you have already found some wonderful red/white/blue Patriotic type items to use! Love the Christmas items too! Blessings, Cindy

At my house it would be the other way around. My husband would love the stock car races and I would be the one that would want to stay home. LOL!
Love those little deer.. so sweet! I saw someone else use an old red truck in the 4th of july decorations.. but I cant remember what they put in it. Have fun!
have a great holiday weekend!

Hi Deb, cute Christmas finds and I love the rose chandy. White would be gorgeous. Love the wreath you created for the 4th. I just found a red truck half off at Hobby Lobby. It was the only one, I snagged it fast! I want to use it at Christmas in a display carrying a tree in the truck bed. Have fun at the races. Maybe your hubby will change his mind and go along.
Happy 4th of July!
Blessings, cm
