Christmas Craft Fun & Prayers

Tammy came over today and we made these Christmas crafts. Thanks for coming over and crafting with me! Tammy made the big Santa book, snowman book and deer. I made the small book, deer and snowman. Tammy made the snowman heads and then we altered them.

Pretty sun set last week out my front door.

Baby sister will be having her "reconnect" surgery on Wednesday. No more "bag"...Prayers certainly appreciated for a complete & successful surgery! The end of the cancer journey is almost complete and now a "normal" future is ahead! Thankful for so much! God is Great!

warmly,
deb

Those altered books are so cool! I envy you and Tammy being able to get together and craft. I'm in the transition phase...putting Halloween away and bringing out Christmas stuff. I hate how bare the house looks after Christmas and Halloween are through. I'll try not to do my porch until after Veterans Day...lol!

Hope all goes well for you Sis. My poor Dad had to live
with a bag for about ten years. He made it o.k. but it sure
altered his lifestyle. Love your crafts!

Oh goodness, sis is having her surgery today, I will continue to pray for her. Such a long journey she has had, certainly a huge pause in her life. So glad you had fun crafting, love the books. Oh, you asked how I liked the TV on the entrance wall? Actually I hate it anywhere as it wrecks the look! It is perfect on the entrance wall because you walk in the door and look at the fireplace and not at the TV. Actually moving the TV is what spurred the whole reno, it was in the front corner where the dress stand is .

Happy fall hope all is well with you and wishing your sis the best
