Estate finds before Easter

I just had to purchase these lovely rose plates...they will be perfect for the upcoming Tea at church.

Of course I had to rescue these old stuffed animals, especially the blind yellow bunny and the one eyed pink bunny and panda.

Here is a better picture of the plates. Swoon! I will be keeping the Good Morning glasses. What a nice way to start the day with those cute glasses.

I hope you all had a nice Easter. Now I need to put away all the Easter decorations and put something else on the mantle.

Tomorrow is my duty day at Mainstreet Antiques. I need to work my booth and change things up. I've been a little lazy with my antique business...not the way to make money!

warmly,
deb

The stuffed animals bring back precious memories...it's probably a good thing I never got started rescuing them. There'd be no stopping it!

And the beautiful rose dishes remind me that I have a couple of boxes in the attic from the days when I couldn't resist their charm. Hmmmmmm. What to do with them?????

How about a photo of your spruced-up booth? ♥

I love the plates! I once found a good sized set of Johnson Brothers rose chintz at a church sale for $15. They are still one of my favorite sets. Those glasses are adorable and is that vintage pink, blue and white floral trim I see in the last picture? Pretty! You got some great finds!

Great finds!!!! How often do you change your booth around. I try to do it twice a month.
I would love any suggestions. This month has been the worst yet. I have only had it since August.

Deb, those plates are so pretty. I love roses (my birth month flower) and like to use rose plate especially in June!

The forlorn little stuffed animals made me smile, especially the pink bunny. The plates you found are so pretty! I'd have a hard time deciding what to sell and what to keep if I were you!
