Hubby was home this week, staycation, and I made this delicious meal...recipe below.
Hubby had a birthday. We went to a few antique shops during the week, estate sale today and the "TO DO" list wasn't touched! Oh well! We also ate out a few times.
I started
Bible Study Fellowship this week. This year we are studying the Book of John. You can go to the link and find a group in your area! It is international, non-denominational, and a very good study!
Fall is here. The temps are cooler, the leaves are beginning to change, the sun is setting earlier and I can feel fall in the air!
HAPPY FALL!
warmly,
deb

Hi Deb, so happy that I checked in tonight to see what my bloggyfriends are up to. Hubs looks so cute blowing out his birthday candles. We turned 60 this past spring. It's just so trippy to be this old and not really feel like we are old. I used to go to Community Bible Study, which is similar. I just loved it. I'm back in kindergarten - and we just finished the Creation and Adam and Eve Bible stories. Oh boy - the kids loved it all. Thanks for praying for us. It's been very up and down here lately. But, God is so good to us. Blessings!!!
What a FINE "stay-cation"! Just my style.
John will be a great study. As you dissect this familiar gospel, I'm sure you'll be struck by new and precious truths...
Happy Birthday to hubby! It's nice that he had the week off and you enjoyed some time at home. Love your cute banner too! Hugs!

I think I shall make this tomorrow night! Do you use reall parmesan (the kind you grate)? Looks yummy! We are staying home lately too. Maybe it's an age thing? Nah! I started a new women's Bible study group (at a different church) and we are studying Colossians. It is a nice mix of ladies!
